Delta Dental has more than 154,000 participating providers in their networks across the United States. In the U.S., 8 out of 10 dentists belong to a Delta Dental network.

Only current, dues-paying members of AFSCME Council 32 are eligible to enroll in the Delta Dental program.  This does not include retirees.

To enroll in the AFSCME Council 32 Union dental plan, open up the document listed below and follow the instructions. Please return the forms on pages 4 and 5 to AFSCME Council 32 within 30 days to ensure proper coverage.
