Support Wisconsin Historical Society Workers Facing Job Loss

In early December, 2025, 23 workers at the Wisconsin Historical Society were told that budget pressures were resulting in termination of their employment at the start of January. No time is good to lose your employment, but the Wisconsin winter is an especially tough time to be juggling bills and searching for a new job. Thus, we are raising funds to help support our colleagues in this difficult time.

We are concerned staff members at the Wisconsin Historical Society who are trying to raise funds to help those being affected by these job losses.

We will distribute funds to the affected colleagues on a rolling basis in $150 amounts as we receive requests and as funds allow.
