AFSCME Wisconsin Council 32 is proud to announce its 2026 Scholarship Program, continuing its commitment to expanding educational opportunity for working families.

This year, Council 32 will award three $3,500 scholarships that may be used for any field of study. Two scholarships are available to high school seniors who are dependents of current AFSCME members, and one scholarship is available to a current Council 32 member.

Higher education should be within reach for the families who keep Wisconsin running every day. These scholarships reflect AFSCME’s belief that when working people stand together, we can create real opportunity for the next generation.
