As a dues paying member, you are automatically covered under this AD&D policy at no cost to you. Last night, the UW Board of Regents agreed to begin the process of merging two-year campuses with four-year campuses.

AFSCME Wisconsin is pleased to hear UW System President Ray Cross talking about included staff in the planning of the merger process. However, with the details of the plan still murky and staff’s involvement unclear, there is much to learn before AFSCME Wisconsin can endorse such a plan.

The American Red Cross Receives Complaint Notice of Hearing From NLRB

NLRB has issued to The American Red Cross Badger-Hawkeye Region a Complaint and Notice of Hearing. AFSCME Locals 1558 and 1205 have been in negotiations with Red Cross for successors to contracts that expired in 2013 and 2015.
